     Beracah Homes is a custom designed, modular home construction company located in Greenwood, DE.  Beracah began production in it's factory on April 7th, 2003 and was built to deliver quality and value in the new home construction.

    Beracah Homes are built to the same local and national building codes all site-built homes are. All local and state inspections occur just the same. One exception, is that a modular home traditionally has a "marriage wall" in the center of the house, which adds structural stiffness so the home can be transported. Unlike other modular home companies, your Beracah Home is not panelized. You'll find the same stick framing techniques in our plant, as stick builders use in the field. In fact, our Quality Control Procedures are much more rigorous than those typically adhered to by traditional builders.
