Steve Rakow, President

Steve Rakow is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and retired as a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve.  After leaving active duty in 1992, Steve attended law school and practiced law in Ohio before joining Rakow Homes, Ltd.  Steve, his wife, Kelley, and three daughters reside in Worcester County.  Steve has also served as Vice President for the Eastern Shore Builder's Association and served as a director on the Board for the Maryland State Builder's Association for two years.

Mike Poole, Vice President

Mike Poole attended the University of Maryland. Mike worked for a national home-building company and successfully ran two local businesses before joining Rakow Homes.  Mike has extensive experience with site design work.  Mike served four years as a director and one year as President of the Ocean Pines Area Chamber of Commerce.  Mike and his two sons live in Worcester County.
