Cindy Poremski - Cindy
began working in 1989 with her father's custom home building company. During
her years of working at Poremski Homes, she became familiar with the
construction process, designing of custom homes, and working with clients on
a daily basis. In 1996, Cindy began working as a REALTOR full time. Within
her first year she was awarded Rookie of the Year.

Kate Maloney-
Kate Maloney started her career in real
estate as a office assistant for a large national real estate broker where
she learned the in's and out's of the real estate business. She graduated
from office assistant to personal assistant for an agent/broker in Berlin,
MD where she learned the personal attention it requires to help buyers
through the process of selecting a home or lot and then working with the
seller to finalize everything with as little problems as possible for her
buyers. During her time as a personal assistant she passed her exams to
become a licensed realtor. She has sense moved on to take her experience
of high personal attention to become office manager for Rakow Homes where
she now strides to make their customer's custom home building experience as
painless as possible, and even extends the offer to help search for a lot
for their dream home if they do not currently have one.
